David Gavel


As a local to the Sierra Foothills, David brings with him a passion for the area and a personal knowledge of the surrounding communities. David graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a degree in Business Real Estate and Land Use, and has worked in both construction and as a site acquisition manager before bringing his skill set to home sales. He brings an unparalleled integrity, in-depth local market knowledge, effective negotiations skills, and the kind of innovative thinking and tech savvyness required for a successful home sale in a very digital age.


David’s aim is to provide each client with the highest and best customer service the industry has to offer. He believes that to achieve this goal it is imperative to put clients first by making himself available, being a great communicator, and a better listener. He strives to understand each clients' individual needs, responding to them quickly with all the resources and skills necessary to meet those needs. After attending San Diego State University for Business Administration, Parris jumped right into high-end residential real estate. Transaction Coordinator

Royana is our Transaction Coordinator. Once we are in contract she oversees each and every escrow to ensure that the process goes smoothly. She reviews all contracts and disclosures making sure every “I” is dotted and “T” is crossed. She interfaces with the buyers agent, myself, Title, Inspection providers and Coldwell Banker escrow department. Her efforts and real estate transaction knowledge are critical in making sure your home closes on time and without problems.
